A deep dive into the hackathon journey behind the most lovable DeFi onboarding tool.

Zircuit was proud to participate in the ETHGlobal New York City 2025 Hackathon. The event ran from August 15th to 17th in the heart of Manhattan. For this event, Zircuit decided to give out five prizes in two categories: best project on Zircuit (two winners) and best killer app idea (three winners). The first category is the classic catch-all for projects that impressed us, and the second was to submit no-code ideas. We tried it in Cannes over the summer and were impressed with the potential dApp applications so much that we decided to try it again.

Zircuit is excited to announce a strategic ecosystem swap with Gud Tech, the first AI-native project built on Zircuit. Gud Tech’s AI infrastructure and technology will be integrated into Zircuit to enhance the user experience across the Zircuit ecosystem and bring intelligent automation to DeFi.

Zircuit is expanding beyond its $950M+ Deposit Vaults by launching “Hyperliquid for AI Trading,” an AI-powered engine for real-time, cross-chain crypto trading with one-click execution and enterprise-grade security. The platform now supports both passive yield generation and active AI-driven strategies, with a phased rollout starting July 2025.
